McGowan Environmental hits milestone with ISO accreditations for quality, safety & environment

We're delighted to build on our reputation for quality, safety and environment with our recent award of ISO 9001, 14001 & 45001 accreditation. The successful award of these gold standard accreditations is a real milestone for McGowan Environmental Engineering as a standalone organisation, being the first since our management buyout earlier this year.

ISO, the International Organization for Standardization, is an accreditation system informed by global experts who come together to agree on the best way of doing things.

ISO 9001 is a globally recognised standard for quality management, helping organisations of all sizes and sectors to improve their performance, meet customer expectations and demonstrate their commitment to quality. Implementing ISO 9001 means your organisation has implemented effective processes and trained staff to deliver flawless products or services time after time.

ISO 14001 is the global standard for environmental management systems (EMS), providing a framework for companies to design and implement an EMS, and continually improve their environmental performance.

ISO 45001 is the international gold standard specifying requirements for an occupational health and safety (OH&S) management system. It provides a framework to help manage risks and improve OH&S performance.
