Management completes buyback of McGowan Environmental Engineering

We’re delighted to announce that Directors, Sam Hesling and Kyle McGowan, have completed a management buyback of McGowan Environmental Engineering. Having been acquired by BRUSH Group in November 2024 as part of a deal including then sister companies - McGowan Infrastructure and Eco Cable Protect UK - we have completed a deal to purchase the business.

Sam and Kyle comment:

“We are grateful both for the opportunities BRUSH have provided us and the business over the past 18 months, and for their support in facilitating this deal. We now look forward to leading our team of dedicated and skilled people and using our skills and experience to continue to serve the environmental sector throughout Scotland and further afield.”

The business will continue to trade as McGowan Environmental Engineering with all 24 staff transitioning to the new company.
